ECM/TCM Service Information
Your ECM and/or TCM will be shipped to HP Tuners, a third-party service provider that performs the required unlock or upgrade. Because this portion of the process is completed by HP Tuners, Black Label Diesel cannot guarantee turnaround times.
Please allow up to 10 business days per ECM/TCM for processing after your module is received by HP Tuners. For example, if you send in two modules, processing may take up to 20 business days.
This estimate does not include shipping time to HP Tuners or return shipping back to you.
We will keep you informed throughout the process, but all processing timelines are determined by HP Tuners and may vary based on their workload.
