Important: Disable over-the-air updates. If an update installs and changes your vehicle's operating system, your current tunes may no longer function.
ECM Service Information
Your ECM will be shipped to HP Tuners, a third-party service provider that performs the required unlock or upgrade. Because this portion of the process is completed by HP Tuners, Black Label Diesel cannot guarantee turnaround times.
Please allow up to 10 business days per ECM for processing after your module is received by HP Tuners.
This estimate does not include shipping time to HP Tuners or return shipping back to you.
We will keep you informed throughout the process, but all processing timelines are determined by HP Tuners and may vary based on their workload.
Required — Include Inside Your ECM Shipping Box
- Print your Black Label online order invoice showing your order number and place it INSIDE the box with your ECM/controller.
- Include your complete return shipping address INSIDE the box. Clearly list the recipient name, street address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and country.
- Also include your completed HP Tuners Upgrade Service Shipping Form.
Missing invoice, order number, complete return shipping address, or required shipping form may delay your order. Check the box contents before sealing and shipping.
